Check your local laws before you work
Wells247 connects you with people who need a ride, an errand or a delivery. You decide which jobs to take, and you work for yourself, not for Wells247.
Before you take any job, you must check the laws and rules where you work, in every state and local government area. This includes the rules for your type of vehicle (car, keke, motorbike or bicycle), the roads and areas you may use, the licences and permits you need, insurance, and the goods you may carry.
You are responsible for following these laws and rules. Wells247 is not responsible if you break them, and does not pay any fine, charge or other cost that comes from breaking them. If you are not sure what applies to you, ask your local transport authority before you take a job.
